Return & Refund Policy – icell Mobiles

At iCell Mobiles, we are committed to providing genuine products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged

Wrong product delivered

Product has a manufacturing defect

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Unboxing Proof (Important)
To process any return or replacement request, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Products without original packaging, box, or accessories

Accessories like cables, earphones, or small items (unless defective)

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share order details and clear images/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products will be replaced with the same item

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected

Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Refund will be made to the original payment method

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

UPI or bank transfer

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the shipping cost

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
